Good but cannot replace hot water bag
Its great as a cold pack. For hot packs , it cools down real soon . Also when heating in microwave , the folds get much hotter compared to the gel. But its a great product and provides good comfort and relief from pains.

Best option in budget
I bought this for my mom. Microwave it (for mine it takes 1 mins. Kindly text by first doing 30 sec , gradually increasing time), use it in pain areas. Absolutely love It.
