This was the second copy I bought, as I have one in packing I can't get at.Arrived quickly, in reasonable condition but smelt of cigerettes.

I am using this product to eat healthier and cook healthier

This book was described as in very good condition...however a few corners were dogeared & bottom of the book was rolled & multiple paragraphs on various pages were highlighted.

Bought this book and read if in 5 hours from start to end, cpuld not place it down, very good informations
