This has a 12” diameter top opening. It sounds like it’ll fit.

Q: Can these fit 11" square objects to the bottom?

The bottom is too narrow for that.

Q: Can this hold a 25 lb. bag of Rice or Sugar?

How many gallons is one pound of sugar or rice? I know that water weighs about 8.3 lbs per gallon so this container would hold about 58.1 lbs of water. I would think you’re safe but can’t promise.

Q: Could it withstand 250 degree grease inside of it??

HDPE has a working temperature of 212 degrees F - 220 degrees F under low load conditions
