These mule mugs are fantastic! Great dimensions with regard to handle and thumb rest. Hammered copper is a cool aesthetic. Also customer service "presses the care button" with a follow up email to ensure care instructions (which were also included with the mugs) are clear. Price was also reasonable!! With bars not currently open in our area, it's nice to mix things up a little with drinks at home.

These are not a heavy gauge metal, but comparable to most I've seen in this price range. They are nice looking and reasonably priced. However, one of the mugs had a sizable depressed dent on one side. I didn't want the bother of returning. As copper is fairly soft, I pushed most of the dent out and because it is a hammered finish, it's now hard to see. Would have rated higher, if not for quality control.Update - Increased rating because of stellar customer service. I wasn't expecting a free replacement and didn't ask for it. However, after reading my review about the damaged mug, a new pair was sent to me. That response to a customer issue is rarely seen these days.

The actual mugs are great, they look and feel awesome! But the box it came in (not the Amazon box, the Koolbrew mug box that was in the Amazon box) is really beat up, falling apart, and looks bad. The only reason this bothers me is because this was a gift and it just looks bad. But the product itself is good, I just think the handling was poor.

So we purchase so called 100% copper cups. About a year later after regular weekend use, the copper veneer started coming off exposing some other dull metal. So we researched and found these. So far, they have been great cups, kept its beauty, and are joy to host company with. You can't go wrong with these.

Excellent quality. Love the thumb rest as it helps stabilize the drink and allows for an easier hold.

I opened my Moscow Mule mugs yesterday and put them right to work! A few friends came over and we shared in a few drinks. The reason that I am even writing this review is that we were super low on ice and we were worried that our supply would not last for the entire evening.But, with these copper mugs from KoolBrew, our drinks stayed super cold with very little ice and we even had some ice to spare. Evening saved!! So, besides the mugs being 100% copper and beautiful( I got compliments on that,too!), these mugs can keep any drink cold and for long.By the way, instead of Moscow Mule drinks, we made Mexican Mule drinks,,,or Burros, which is the same recipe except we use tequila instead of vodka. Delicious!!

UPDATE: The company reached out to me and is sending me brand new mugs!! Like I said I think it was a just a mess up since our other mug is perfect. Very satisfied with these mugs and definitely recommend!These mugs look great, however one of them that I received when you put it down it sits VERY crooked. The bottom is pushed out too far making the bottom not a level surface so every time I put it down I think it will fall over. Kind of like a spinning top toy. Anyway I already used them so I can’t return, but I think it was just a mess up :(
