Nothing has worked as well as this on my skin which was severly itchy following an insect bite

I didn’t find the smell that strong It was really soothing for my scabies and hopefully despite the petrolatum a bit safer than permethrin Used a second time today so hoping it will kill them completely

Oh it works! However, do not underestimate the smell! It does not was out, vinegar soaks and bi carb do not work. Bedding and clothing ruined. Your urine will smell. Weeks later you'll still get wafts of it!It really does stink, for ages, and you will have to replace stuff. I soaked bedding in the bath with vinegar and baking powder overnight - 3 wee k s later I can't have a bath as the hot water brings the smell out of the plastic bath! Arghhhhhhh!!

Ok, this is an unprompted review, which I never normally do. But this and sulphur soap has left me with the best skin I have ever had in my many decades of life.I am not using this as much and using other moisturiser in the day along side but it will now alway be in my bathroom to use at night. ( the smell isn’t as that bad but is noticeable especially when warm)It’s is exactly what it say on the tin, and the sulphur has cleared and evened out my skin, the deep spots which have never really gone, from an out break 10 years ago when the doc gave me antibiotics, has completely cleared.It looks like I am wearing makeup or BB cream as my daughter said. And the dry patches have gone as well - can’t recommend enough!

Used this cream twice only, so don’t know if it works for perioral dermatitis or not. What it does do is give clothing a terrible smell of rotten eggs, hydrogen disulphide smell! Got this smell on my sports bra, and despite washing and airing for days, the smell won’t budge. It has affected other clothing in the underwear drawer that it’s been in contact with. Now everytime drawer is opened, greeted by smell of rotten eggs, it smells despite removing the item affected. Left drawer open for days, still this gas!Like other reviews mentioning the smell, it has damaged clothes and an expensive mistake as all clothing involved has to be discarded. Avoid!

I have been dealing with resistant scabies for quite a while. The standard over counter medication does not work so I bought this for the sulfur content which is the right percentage for treating scabies. I tried to use it, but all it seemed to do was activate them even more as I could feel them on my skin. It is not an effective killer. It is possible that it agitates the mites and will kill them after a while but the uncertainty and the maddening itch was too much for me to bear. I went back to kleen green which seems to be the only product that stops the itching.
