First things first. I will get straight to the point and later describe my personal experience with the backpack and the costumer service. The backpack is great quality, theres a pocket inside for a laptop and it provides smaller pockets for things like pencils and chargers, at the back theres a smaller pocket for maybe your phone. And the front pockets are very nice and look very good. Ok now with my personal experience. I bought the backpack a month ago, note that i was struggling already with picking a cheap yet good backpack for school for a long time. I saw this one and i really wanted it because i thought it looked good, so i bought it. Later in the month i kept thinking about it and if i should cancel the order (im a shy person so the more i thought about it the more i got anxious due to the fact that the backpack was very outgoing looking and cute,i didn’t want to make myself stand out. This is my personal problem) of course being me i forgot i had purchased the backpack, and when my father told me it arrived i filled for a return. Note that nothing at all was wrong with the product, i really liked it but i knew that it would take a while for me to get used to it and to wear it outside of my house since i dont want any attention (not even good or bad attention) i filled for a return and a refund, and well… even though the shipping said it was free the postal place was charging me a butt load of money to return it. So i contacted the seller and they were extremely kind about it. If im being honest they had the best costumer service I’ve ever seen on amazon. Of course they got my problem fixed, and the costumer service was so good that it got me wanting to right a review on it because they truly need to be praised for it, from their understanding of my e, from how quick they responded to my messages, and for the overall kindness they showed during the whole process, AND because if the great quality of the product, i truly will give you the thumbs up and i really want to ket you know that this seller is very trustworthy and the product is really good.

This backpack is really cute, and I also love the texture. One thing I would say though is that it does need some adjustments but it’s not that hard. The pins in the picture weren’t the ones that I got but that’s okay. Also, the pins are pretty scratched and the pin part of it is pretty flimsy. But they have been holding on well. It has a lot of space inside but the “water bottle holder” on there outside is pretty small so I couldn’t fit my Takeya water bottle in it. It has 6 different pouches/sections of the backpack. I really like this backpack and all the accessories came.

This is a very cute backpack. My daughter loved the color and all the extra pockets for organizing her school supplies. Unfortunately, less than 1 month into school (8th grade) both of the main zippers have snapped off (plastic snapped) and will no longer close. We had to rush this morning to find a replacement before school. Would be good for sleepovers or maybe travel, but does not keep up against the heavy/bulky school supplies that a school day requires.

This backpack was exactly what my 11yr old daughter wanted. We searched so long and finally found it here on Amazon. The package included adorable decals, stickers and even a plush toy were included. She carried it for about 2 weeks when the first set of straps stared to unravel. There was nothing to stop it. Soon, there was very little material left to secure the straps to remain closed on the small white pouch in the front. Shortly after, one of the zippers broke. This was not a big deal because there was a double zipper and she was left with one which still worked. Finally we had to release the backpack to the trash because the straps that held the backpack onto her back started to fray and unravel as well. The backpack could no longer be held on her back. Sadly the backpack didn’t last more than 2 months of the new school year. The product isn’t made to be an everyday backpack. I believe it would be best used in occasion. I hope the manufacturer can resolve the design flaw which left the straps material with no protect from fraying and falling apart.

Loved it

Its is so nice and cute. The use is interesting because of the straps. The amount of pockets is nice. Its very easy to use and comfortable to my sister came with two bears and one cow looking stuffed animal. Along with three brochettes

Seems to be cheaply made. The straps were not put together. I had to cut the sewn end off in order to get the straps threaded through the plastic pieces, and then burn the ends of the straps so they wouldn't unravel. All of the zippers were blown out, but a quick zip fixed that. But that just tells me the zippers are super low quality. My daughter is happy with it but I doubt it will hold up to the rigors of school. Will probably be replacing it soon. The pins are some off the wall pins, not even kawaii pins. The keychains are cute. I would not purchase this again.

My soon to be 7th grader chose this cute backpack. It fits her perfectly and she adores it. The little extras are such a bonus and added to her excitement. Seems well made and looks exactly as pictured.
