The latches have just the right amount of "rustic" appearance. They are nicely made and are definitely heavy duty. I am using them to hold doors open to my outdoor kitchen and hope they hold up to the weather. My only very minor disappointment is that the included screws do not color match 100% but they close.

This gate, locking system is exactly what I wanted for my picket fence in my front yard. It’s beautiful, simple to install, and very sturdy, I would definitely buy this product again highly recommend. Great value.

Perfect look with my barn door!

I use this to close my carriage garage doors. I don’t use them alone, as they can’t keep doors like these closed in heavy wind. But with another closure, they work well. They are heavy duty.

Needed a quick and easy option to keep the barndoor on our bathroom closed when in use. Lock was super affordable, looks nice, and we SUPER easy to install. Not to mention how durable it is! Super happy with how it turned out and does exactly what it's supposed to.

I reordered this, thinking I get a hook matching the same as ordered in May 2017. This hook was a bit cheaper, and thinner, less sturdy. I think it will do the job, but be cautious using Amazon's "order again" -- you may not get what you expect.

I have a wooden backyard fence and the previous latch (very old) had weathered and ended up breaking. I looked and came across this latch and I’m glad I bought it. It feels very well made, looks fantastic and classy and I don’t have any worries about wind undoing the latch because the hook part is long. It comes with all screws and took me all of 3 minutes to uninstall the old latch and install this one. I’m very happy with this purchase!

I fitted two of these 4 years ago and they still look new. Very strong and high quality.

I ordered three of these. They arrived today and I installed one for my wood gate outside and I’m loving it so far. The other two I ordered for my newly built wood shed to hold the doors open when I need them to be. Just not sure yet where to place them so they don’t look out of place or have them hidden somehow. They match all the hardware on my gate and shed like I wanted and it all even ties in with my new deck and wood gazebo.

Got this to "lock" a sliding barn-style door for the washroom and am very happy with my purchase. The lock and catch are both very sturdily-made and easy to install for anyone with a modicum of experience with a drill.

Very well made, solid, looks really good. Easy to fit. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and buy again if the need arises.

Bought this for a 6 foot garden gate, to stop it swinging into the neighbour or slamming shut when open. Does the job even in very windy conditions.
