Due to PCOS I have hair on my chin thay groes so fast, was plucking, shavinf but by the next day, it had grown back through. Its so depressing. Decided to putchase this wax machine and it’s been a great upgrade to my home hair removal. The wax heats up within about 4-5 mins, then I turned it to low as i applied to the areas needed. The temperature control isprecise. The inner pot makes cleanup easy just wait for wax to cool then pop out the pot and wash. Been using this a couple weeks and im highly inpressed. Was well worth the money

I really liked this. It does heat well however cleaning the pot was a nightmare and I managed to put a hole in it when I was trying to get the wax out. have since bought a silicone insert which has made it useable again and love it. The wax is nice and has different scents too.

I honestly thought this would be something I would buy in a fit of fancy and never use again. Especially after my first attempt. I'm new to any kind of waxing, never had it done professionally or tried at home. The instructions manual isn't great so my first attempt failed. I was adamant to make this work though so I checked some YouTube videos and established what the issue was. So, you need to put this heater up to 'melting' till all the beads are runny like water. Do not use the wax at this stage. Now turn down the heater really low and keep working the wax till it gets to a thicker consistency, like toffee. That's the sweet spot. Get a load on your stick and swizzle it round, if there is minimal, slow dripping then your good to spread it on. It goes on.the right consistency and doesn't burn. Keep on for a min and check with your fingers. If its still warm or tacky leave it on longer. As soon as it feels strong enough lift an edge of the wax to get a 'lip' to pull at and rug it straight off. I tried this on my chin where the hairs are short so no good. Tried on my arm pit hair which had about a weeks worth of growth and it came off like a dream. Yes, its a bit "ouchy" but nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be. This can be messy but practice makes perfect and this is worth it. *tip - add talc powder to the hair you want to wax. Helps get a good grip.

It is working great. Before using it, make sure to read the instructions carefully so you know the correct direction to remove it after applying; otherwise, it may not work as expected.

The machine does not warm up at all. I left it on for few hours but it still barely warmed up the wax. It doesn't work at all. I tried it a bit late so I won't be able to return it but probably ganna throw out this piece of junk. Please don't buy it

Its very good and i like it but the pack pf wax is only enough for one time use and when u put it on medium it closes but still good

Good quality heating product steel for wax. Plastic parts seems good too. Doing its job properly within the price paid. Hope lasts longer.
