56 year old runner here and told to stop running 15 years ago due to multiple knee orthroscopic surgeries. All I can say is I feel a difference and still running 35 miles a week.

Bought these for my husband who cannot swallow pills. Easy to chew and swallow. Does not seem to make any significant difference in his joints.

My hips and shoulders were in a lot of pain, hurt to walk and sleep, thanks to this I am 98% good, so glad I found it, and I am 82 years old.

These are easier to swallow than chew — they are most vile to chew up
