This O.M.G modern & luxury fashion dolls house provides hours of entertainment from pure imagination.Assembly was pretty straightforward, however if your doing it single handedly like I was it can take a few hours to assemble. (Just be patient and rest if needed)It states that there are 85+ surprises and originally I was going to just build the house and let my daughter open the surprises, however that didn't goto plan due to some of the hidden surprises had to be screwed in and connected to the house according to the instructions given.Once assembled house is very strong and sturdy, lots of bold colours used to give that fashion feel. House measures 4ft tall & 4ft wide although you might look at it and think that's bigger than 4ft...I did think this.Box includes- house parts, instructions, bags of screws, furniture, furnishings, food, pots, pans & few extras.Dolls and car were bought separately.You will need a small headed screwdriver to Assembly. Using a drill is not advised due to the wood may spilt.Overall a fantastic purchase.

My girl is going to love this birthday surprise. It took just over an hour to build it was easy to do, it was just trying to work out what went where. It’s for older children so no reason it why it wouldn’t last. It isn’t strong enough for younger children wanting to climb all over it. It is sturdy but it’s soft wood so it could damage. It comes with a cardboard del lorry so children can have fun unpacking their furniture. Some have said it was damaged, must have been a dodgy batch because this one is perfect.Fast delivery, if a present, don’t open the door with your little one because it does show on box what it is. Unfortunately my girl did see but no big deal she’ll still love it.Worth the pennies.

My daughters loves this doll house. It’s very big and surprisingly well made. Quite expensive considering you don’t get any dolls or the drive through car. Took a while to assemble but pretty easy to do with good instructions. Comes with quite a few house accessories, but like I said, no dolls or car.

I was a little worried after reading some reviews on this house but I’m glad I went ahead with my purchase. I paid more than what I would have wanted at over £200 but I was for my daughters Christmas and she was desperate for it. It did not disappoint at all. It’s pretty solid, a lot more than I expected it to be. The colours and decor are fun. The 85 surprises you get are lovely pieces of furniture, seats, lights, bed, piano, parasol etc. No dolls are included but that’s ok, any LOL fan will already probably have enough to play with them in this house. I did purchase the furniture pack with the dressing table as an extra piece of furniture and it really finishes off the bedroom.It wasn’t too difficult to build although I passed this job onto my husband and it only took about an hour or less. My 7 year old and 4 year old were over the moon on Christmas morning to get this!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and nearly every panel is damaged and seemingly refurbished (very badly) and it didn’t have any screws to put it up.When I called to complain about Hr Customer services manager I spoke to told me they have a team of people who refurbish products that are sent back!! Surely this is fraudulent activity as I was not buying second hand, refurbished, I was buying new.I was also told by the same customer services manager that they couldn’t send me any screws but I should take my two disabled children to the shop to try find screw that fit.My seven year old is so upset with her present from Santa and keeps asking what she’s done wrong - it’s heartbreaking!I have been a loyal customer for years and not at all how I expected to be treated.
