This little gem could be a little complicated to set up, but well worth the time.We have an Airbnb, and need remote set up, lock, unlock etc. we currently have an Oaks Lock, that we’ve already been using. I didn’t understand that I needed the gateway for remote connectivity at the beginning.I’ve tried 3 different gateways, that didn’t work and couldn’t get much CS response. I’d been contemplating starting over with a new lock, when I read a review for this one that said Customer Service helped them connect to an Oaks Lock, so I ordered it, tried it, it didn’t work, then I contacted CS. Yvonne sent a text and we were able to figure out how to connect. Please note that, you may need to rest your lock completely, download the TTLock app, load the lock, attach it to the gateway, then use it with your lock app.However, the result is phenomenal! So easy to use! So convenient!Yvonne is very patient, and very knowledgeable! Lifesaver!

Bought with two deadbolt door locks to obtain remote access to the locks, hub is small in size and comes with USB cable but no power supply. Works Bluetooth between Hub and door locks and they cannot be too far apart. My install works with a 8 meter distance with no problem.Overall easy to setup following instructions.

The installation was relatively easy. Though instructions weren’t always clear, the video link that showed installation on YouTube cleared everything up. It worked very well and paired up to my Alexa app easily once it was paired to the purchased G2 gateway that I installed. I have only had it for a few days, but it is working wonderfully.

Set up was simple (just make sure your phone is on the 2.4Ghz network that this will use) and pretty quick.I bought this for a Smonet brand lock and it worked easily.My 2 complaints are 1. an annoying blinking blue light and 2. I can only set up on a broadcasting network and can't enter a hidden network.I am very happy with this gateway.
