I wouldn't necessarily call these heavy duty, no less "Extra Heavy Duty" as the listing does, but they work fine. The bearings seem a little sloppy, but this isn't made to be a precision pulley being used in the application for a garage door.

Great Replacement for Loud Garage Door Pulleys
