Good value for the price
A decent knife, well put together at a budget price.

Worth the few bucks it costs
Okay, so this knife is significantly larger than I expected. The scales are also a good bit thicker than I expected. Neither of these are bad things, just unexpected. One thing that wasn't made clear is that this IS an assisted-opening knife. The grind on the blade is very clean, no weird spots on the edge of the bevel or anything like that. The lock on mine is quite stiff right now, it requires a strong opening to lock and a little effort to disengage the liner lock. It should break in after a while. I suspect that it's going to be different from knife to knife, it feels like this particular lock wasn't quite ground all the way to final dimensions by a hair. All that being said, the knife is way better than it should be for the $12 I spent on it. I've carried it to work clipped to my waistband and it was unobtrusive and comfortable. I expected it to be problematic as thick as the scales are, but I never noticed it. I used it to cut the plastic straps on pallets and it did quite well at it. I'm sure the 440a stainless will dull quickly enough if I keep doing that with it, but should also sharpen back up easily enough. If you like the way it looks and need a cheap knife you don't have to have a heart attack if you damage it or lose it, this is a pretty good one. I have a bunch of different Ganzos and they have all surprised me with the build quality and how clean the grinds on the blades are. This is no exception, but there are some minor issues like the rough lock that I'm cofortable overlooking due to the price.

Better Than Expected
This knife feels good in my hand. The art work on the handle is a nice touch and it is the same quality as many of the more expensive knife brands. It feels spring assisted and is very solid. I look forward to seeing more of this type of blade(Tanto) from Ganzo. Do yourself a favor and take a chance on this knife. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Misleading But Okay
At the time of this review, the title of the product page includes "440C Stainless Steel Blade". But down in the fine print, it says the blade is 440A. Points deducted for lying to the customer. This also happens to be an assisted open knife, which is not mentioned anywhere in the product description. Those issues aside, it's a decent knife. The handle scales are thick and not super comfortable, but it's not bad for what it is. I'd rate this as a downgrade from regular Ganzo quality, but acceptable overall for the price point.

Get this knife
Sturdy, well made and with vibrant artwork. Totally worth the $10-$11 dollars I paid for it. The handle/casing part is not made from plastic or resin it seems to be full metal and cool to the touch. 10/10 if you like this style of knife

Very wide grip.
Ok for the price. Tanto blade shape takes getting used to.

Action is VERY POOR
I was recommended this brand by my brother but when I received it, it performed very bad. For such a heavy and thick knife, it's super hard to deploy. The liner lock is very stiff so it is hard to fold the knife back into its original position. It's virtually impossible to close it with one hand.

out of the ordinary-shaped Ganzo knives
I really love Ganzo knives. I have never been disappointed by one. This one is no different except for elongated shape and the bright wildly patterned color. flipper action is crisp, no blade play, and came very sharp. Ganzo/Firebird/Freetiger are all great low-priced pocket knives. They are one of the very few Chinese-made knives where one of their $30-$35 knives can rival the $200-$500 US-made knives.
