So far, so good!
I put this in on Sunday, it's now Tuesday. So far I'm very happy with this. Installation was a little fiddly, but overall the instructions were easy to read and follow. We originally had the cheapest Kohler model with quiet close as a replacement for a few months. Seems there was a piece missing that allowed the pins holding the seat and lid to the hinges to stay in place, and they kept popping off. Disappointing, but though it was twice the price and had to be replaced very, very soon after getting the first, so far I am very pleased with this one. It seems a lot sturdier, and is way more comfortable. Two things to note: the easy mount anchors were super easy to install, however the screw on the second one did require me sticking my hand into the tank to make sure it was aligned. For some reason it was on an angle and the screw went through the side instead of straight down and would not catch. Took a little bit of fiddling to get it to line up properly. Easy enough to fix if not slightly annoying. Overall a much better installation than the old way.The other "issue" was that the quick release is VERY snug, and I had to pull so hard I was afraid it would break, but it did end up popping off and going back on rather easily. I'm hoping it loosens up a bit more with repeated removals so that I don't feel like I'm breaking something each time.

Fits very old Persuade toilet with catch
I have one of the original model Persuade toilets - model K-6355-0. I wrote Kohler and asked which toilet seat to purchase for the toilet. They said purchase model K-30780-0 which costs $88. I then searched Amazon and found the Persuade toilet and found that people were instead purchasing toilet seat model 4636-RL-0 which costs $37. I purchased the latter. It fits just fine and I'm happy with it. There's one catch. If your toilet has the old brass fastener receivers embedded in the porcelain that the seat screws into, you MAY need to remove them in order to use the new fasteners that the new seat comes with. The new fasteners are completely different which means the new seat fastener bolts won't screw into the old brass receivers (bolts are of a different diameter). HOWEVER, it may be possible to use the new seat with the old bolts and old receivers...I didn't verify if this is possible because one of my brass receivers was spinning free... That's not a good situation as it meant I was forced to install new fasteners. If you have to remove the old brass fasteners, you will have to uninstall the bottom of the toilet from the floor and flip it over. What I did was grasp the bottom of the fastener with pliers and wiggled the metal (it's very pliable) until it broke. Then, squeeze the remaining metal into a bundle so that it could be pushed through to the top side and be removed. It's more work than I wanted to do but I was forced to do it. The good news is that as a result, the customer can now use the lower cost new model Kohler toilet seats if there's breaks in the future again. The fasteners that the new ones come with are flexible silicone (clever...never seen that) and hence are easy to remove from the top if ever necessary which means no need to remove the bottom portion of the toilet in the future. If you decide to try this seat with your Persuade toilet, you'll need to see if the old brass bolt is smaller than the hole in the toilet seat and of the correct length (sorry I didn't check this). If it's not, then this seat won't work for you unless you flip the toilet over and do all that ⬆️. If you don't want to take the risk, find the model seat that comes with the old brass fasteners. If you're toilet has the newer silicon fasteners, this is all moot.

Flat behinds rejoice!
As someone with a less endowed backside, I needed a toilet seat that didn’t dig into behind. I love how this seat curves into your sitting position perfectly. I don’t feel uncomfortable at all on this toilet seat. Bonus point for easy installation. You can tell the people who designed the installation parts have had it with those old fashioned fasteners. I’ll be buying another one for my other bathroom for sure.

Good quality.
Fast delivery, easy to install. I had a soft close seat before this one. The material is good quality. I was afraid of it being too flimsy. It is sturdy and cleans easily. I like the ability to just push the seat without the worry of it slamming down on the toilet bowl and possibly cracking the bowl. The colors matched. I had one for a white toilet the other was for an almond color. I thought it was a little pricy, but all in all, I am satisfied.

Simplicity of installation!
This was the easiest toilet seat/lid I’ve EVER replaced. Unbelievably simple!!!Here’s the steps:1) remove screws from their rubber holders2) place the holders up through commode holes3) align the toilet lids holes up with the holders and screw them into place.4) before tightening real snug, make sure lid is aligned perfectly, then tighten it down. DONE!KOHLER KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING WITH THIS IDEA. (Especially when a 63 Yr old lady can install a toilet seat in less than three minutes)

Just great!
I was seriously about to replace the whole toilet bowl, but decided to try this seat first—and wow, what a difference! Super easy to install, took just a few minutes, and it feels brand new. Saved me a bunch of money by just swapping the cover instead. The Quiet-Close lid is a nice bonus too!

Nice quality, excellent product.
Very nice and durable seat, have had it on my toilet for about 5 months now. I’m a fairly hefty fella to, and it has held up with no problems. The no slam lids are so nice for not making racket in the middle of the night accidentally.

Could be better, but it works.
The seat is easy to install and looks good. My complaints are that the top is different white (more yellow) than the seat, which is a bit strange since they are both plastic. Also, the lid can wiggle side to side when it's lifted, so that feels cheap. I am glad that the seat doesn't flex too much if you sit on it though. That's important. I also like the quick release system and the slow close. I wish they made a version of this seat with an open u-shaped seat like in commercial bathrooms.
