Q: Will the medium in this dress fit me? 5'4" tall, 38dd chest, 37"waist.

I am 5'2, 155 lbs, 34DD, 36" waist and medium fit me JUST RIGHT. It was very snug to get the non-elastic waistband portion over my chest though so I think you will need a large since it just barely made it over my 34DD chest.

Q: Im 5'8" and 130lbs and b cup. What size is reccomended for me? I dont want it to be too small or too big.

I am 5'4" and 130 pounds. I bought the small and it was to big for me, so for you I would say an x-small might be a good size. I had to return mine as it was so big it just didn't look right. I hope that helps.

I’m 5’1 and prob 165 lb, I got an Xl and it for really nice. Really cute dress too, you can wear on or off the shoulders.

No. I think you would need to wear a strapless bra. The dress has a thin lining but no support.
