Me lo recomendaron para subir el sistema inmunológico, sobre todo para casos de infección ya que es una excelente bactericida. Yo lo tomo con aceite extra virgen de oliva y aunque su sabor no es el mejor, sin duda me ha ayudado mucho en mi proceso. Una vez tuve una infección en la garganta y decidí no recurrir al antibiótico ya que siempre el antibiótico hace que se me empeoren otros problemas en el cuerpo y después de una semana de su uso salí totalmente de esa infección. Cuando no es por infección lo tomo una vez a la semana para mantener mi sistema inmunológico fuerte y como solo utilizo cuatro gotas por porción no llevo ni la mitad del frasco consumida y estoy segura que me alcanzará para muchos meses más.
