A rich high quality Manuka Honey. I reserve this special honey in my cupboard for assisting with medical healing.I left hospital after a general anaesthetic and had a very painful sore and scratchy throat and was coughing up phelm, from the tube they put in your windpipe to assist and monitor breathing.I took 1 teaspoon of this honey before bed and it instantly soothed my throat pain and allowed me to get a good nights sleep. The next day my throat had greatly improved but I’m having a teaspoon twice a day and just letting it slide down and coat my throat.
