This product works just as I had hoped it would. I have a peke faced white Persian kitten whose now 9 months old and this product helps with her tear stains. I first clean her eyes with a wet wipe made for pets, afterward I apply this powder over her bowl of dry or wet food, and she eats it right up. The product has not irritated her stomach in any way, and she has not refused to eat her food with this product sprinkled over it. Furthermore, it has helped with the tear stains not being as noticeable. Overall, I give this product a perfect 5 stars, and I hope my review helps other pet owners out there decide to purchase it for their sweet pets. I'll include a few photos of my sweet Persian baby girl, so that the viewers can decide for themselves rather or not this product is for them. Angel Eyes works amazingly! My dog's fur is very white and I was constantly cleaning her eyes because they would get so stained and goopy everyday. I tried Angel Eyes knowing that it doesn't always works for some according to what I've heard. But I thought I would give it a try. They also make this in a chewable treat that a lot of dogs love I've heard but my dog is very picky so it works best if I just mix the powder in a little bit of wet food everyday. After a month I noticed significant Improvement and 2 months later even more Improvement. I barely have to clean her eyes anymore. Seepage and staining has decreased immensely and it makes her look so much nicer and younger.

My dog loves it. Comes with a measured scoop which is nice....but he still has tear stains. I followed the instructions on the bottle and his eyes improved after the first week or 2 using it. But as time passed it stopped being effective. He still has stains after a month of use.

My white Havanese has a real issue with tear stains. I have the solutions that you apply to the fur, but she is do wiggly it takes two adults to hold her still. A friend suggested this. It has been almost two weeks, and I am seeing a difference already. She loves the taste, so it's easy to give it to her.However, I read that chicken causes red stains, so I have taken her off chicken meat for now. Maybe it is a combination of the treatment and chicken-free diet?UPDATE: It has been nearly a year, and this product has done its job. Brown tear stains are gone. I do a swipe once or twice a week with pads, but it is really not necessary. The bottle just ran out, so ordering more right now.

my cavalier constantly had red teary eyes, which we realized was from having too many metals in the body (look online). Some vitamins and natural supplements help with it. This product does not work as advertised. My vet explained to me the active ingredient that used to work in angel eyes (to remove iodine from tears that cause stains) has been banned in the United States, rendering their tear staining products useless.

I own two beautiful white Shih- Tzu's and it is so difficult to keep the fur around their eyes and mouth crystal clean and sparkling white. This product was perfect and changed the fur from a orangey-rust colr to pure white in about two weeks! No kidding! I simply mix this powder into my dogs food each day and within two weeks, their fur was amazingly white again. After that, I cut it down to once every other day and now to once a week in their food as maintenence. They cannot seem to taste this while it's in their food and because it is the natural form of the product, there is nothing to worry about as far as antibiotics or other drugs entering your dogs system. My daughter is a Veterinary Medicine student and she is aware that our dogs are on this product and she has given it her stamp of approval. Try this. It works and the purchase/shipping of the product was smooth and seamless from Amazon. I will continue to use this and keep both my dogs looking their very best!

I was very skeptical about this product but finally decided to try it. My white miniature poodle had terrible problems with her eyes. The hair under her eyes was always wet and mucky. But no more! Two weeks in and Bella's eyes are clearing up, three weeks in and white hair is showing below her eyes. Once the stained hair grows out more to cut off, she'll look great!
