If I bought the 10 pack how much screen sqft comes with the package? What window size can it cover in sqft in one piece?

I believe that's just the rails. you have to buy the screen separately.

How are corners formed and held together?

We have a plinth mounting system which holds frame together. Or simply use screws provided to hold the lip to opening and corners meet but do not need to connect. The frame is held to opening so the corners do not need to hold together as a typical window screen. We have a video on our web site to explain.
