The best way for these to work is to find the Dr Scholls machine. I had one at my local Walmart. You stand on the machine barefoot and you follow the instructions it gives and then get the appropriate shoe inserts for you. These made my foot pain go away completely. I’m a bartender so I stand for 7-9 hrs straight daily. These are a lifesaver.
