A rather exotic blend of essential oils I should say. "Hemani Camphor Oil Cinnamomum camphora", as it is called is is one of those products that doesn’t ease into the room—it *arrives*. The moment I opened the bottle, the scent made its presence known in a confident, unmistakable way. This is not a shy oil. This is an oil with plans for success. The aroma is clean, sharp, and refreshing—exactly what you’d expect from camphor. A little goes a long way, which is good, because using too much would be like inviting a marching band into your sinuses. Moderation is your friend here. What I liked about it: - Strong, authentic scent - Clear, well-sealed bottle - No residue - Lends itself well to dispensing in small amounts - Potent enough that you’re definitely getting your money’s worth I’ve used it sparingly for general aromatic purposes and household applications, and it performs exactly as expected. It feels like one of those old-school, multi-use staples that just quietly earns its spot on the shelf. I remember an over the counter remedy years ago that relied on camphor for it's medicinal qualities. This reminds me of my childhood.

You can definitely smell the camphor in this oil—it has a scent similar to cinnamon, but more medicinal. Camphor herbal remedy to help with minor muscle aches and soreness. So far, it seems to provide temporary relief. What I like is that the oil isn’t too thick—it has a nice consistency that absorbs well without feeling greasy.

I thought this would be a good oil to use for massage as the product description page indicates that it can be used for skincare. It does have a very strong scent - which is fine and is relaxing. The package states to keep in a cool place and some of the research I have since done on camphor oil states not to expose to heat and to use the oil cautiously. While topical use has its benefits, camphor is considered a very toxic substance, and there have been numerous documented cases of camphor poisoning. If ingested, it can cause seizures, confusion, irritability and neuromuscular hyperactivity. It is not safe to apply camphor oil and products containing the compound to broken or injured skin. If it causes skin irritation or redness, or leads to respiratory problems like coughing, discontinue use immediately. It’s also important to keep the potent oil away from your eyes. Do not heat products containing the oil, as it can explode or even burn the skin if applied afterward. If you decide to use it do some research on its uses and risks so you are fully informed.

I absolutely love this. Just as described and more. Works great and easy to use. The thickness is perfect. Easy to clean up or on. Smells great. Seems of quality. I am grateful and thankful. I hope this finds you well and thank you kindly for reading.

The scent was initially overpowering but mellowed after a while. Camphor and cinnamon both have strong aromatics and - for me - clear the sinuses. So, I use a few drops in the bath or shower to breathe the day away. For the same reason, I can't use it for several hours like I might a candle. So, for me, it serves a more therapeutic purpose than one that is olfactory. The bottle cap had broken during transit, and much of the product had leaked out, so I wasn't able to enjoy it for more than a few uses. But, I did enjoy the few uses I got.

I was excited to receive this from Amazon . I love that it came in a glass bottle. I used it for massage and diffusing. It works well for relaxation. It’s great quality and certified. I also used it on my feet. It has a strong butt refreshing smell. You don’t need a whole lot. A little goes a long way it is very affordable in my opinion. I personally would definitely re-purchase again. I would also definitely tell family and friends who would want to use it for relaxation. It works great.

This camphor oil has almost no fragrance. I wouldn't use it for soaps or oils. I DO NOT recommend.

I am overall happy with this Camphor Oil. Minimal scent. Would be nice if it had a dropper for easier application.
