Guilt free snack for conscious eaters
Had them during the time was dieting and exercising. A good product to munch on during snack time. Gives you the required protein without making you feel guilty. Can eat them just as they are or by making a raw salad with them. Very helathy and guilt free

Great taste, but little expensive
Great taste, but little expensive. Great snack optionto increase protein intake. It is low fat, high protein option. I have it as a replacement to papad with my rice.

Not worth it
Taste is really bad. Even after 5 months my 3 tins are as it is and 4th one is 3/4 just because I opened it. I really have doubt whether it is healthy. Don't buy this stupid thing on the name of healthy.

I ordered these soya snack reading the amazing reviews.When I opened up the box and took the first bite, I felt like I was eating a sand stone.Though the taste was amazing, so much better than my expectations, but just the crunch is a bit too much.I wouldn't recommend to those who are buying this for the taste, if it just is a protein alternative for you then go ahead with this.
