Q: Would this be okay for running?

Hi yes it’s perfect for running. This is what I have purchased it for and it’s been excellent for the early morning runs. Very bright, comfortable to wear no issues.

Q: does a charger come with?

it comes with everything to charge the battery up, just remember to take the film off the battery pack before charging/or using, it is a brilliant buy, really bright, ideal for walking the dogs in dark mornings
