Black Industrial Vintage Big Double Wall Lamp Sconce-Wrought Iron Light

The lamp is nice, but the product came with no installation documentation and was misrepresented as a "corded electric" instead of hardwired. I ended up spending an additional $27 to buy all of the items needed to rewire it. The installation was not difficult but would have been a lot quicker without the guesswork. A link to the bulbs pictured would also be helpful, as finding the right diameter and length can be problematic.
