Having never used a cooling towel prior to this, this product defitinitly did not disappoint! I was so excited to have a method to regulate my temperature when working out. As an added bonus, after I got pregnant and had to face those hot summer months, I found myself in a predicament looking to regulate my body temperature and this product came in clutch! No longer overheating, I was able to be more productive during my pregnancy thanks to the use of this cooling towel. It stays cool for way longer than a washcloth would, and helps me to stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

The size and quality are good. Holds moisture for an entire gym session on a HOT evening, and makes a huge difference. The cooling isn't magic, just evaporation, but this lightweight little towel holds enough water to create the cooling effect. It dries fully when rinsed and hung up overnight. But nice to have the 4, as summer gets sweaty and you can toss one in the wash and have a fresh towel ready to go.

The main reason I bought this was to help me in the humidity while mowing my lawn. I would constantly have the need for a wet towel. These are actually way better, as you can utilize them in many ways. I have worn it around my neck and around my head, as sweat loves to fall into my eyes and it stings. I would definitely recommend this product. :)

Used one of these to survive a music festival in Las Vegas, all day/night, blazing sun with temperatures in the mid-90's Fahrenheit, tightly crowded, no shade. As long as the cloth was damp, it was COLD. Wet it in the restroom sink or from my water bottle. Made a HUGE difference in my comfort. I put it over my head sometimes to block the sun, especially towards dusk when the sun got through the side of my sunglasses. I'm sure I looked weird but it worked! It made my t-shirt wet but so did the unavoidable sweat. Saw several other people with the same towel. And they come with little carabiners, one per towel, which are incredibly useful for all kinds of things!! I washed mine on delicate cycle in the washing machine and hung to dry, still works great! These are very lightweight and small when folded.
