This is my second order from Palouse. Everything I have ordered has been shipped very fast. When I received the wheat it was extremely clean, no bugs or debris at all. It smells so good when I grind it. I have baked multiple loaves of bread and other things with it and the difference from store bought flour is unreal! I baked a loaf of honey wheat bread and took it to work for the girls...."This is the best bread I have ever tasted!". That is enough for me! Buy it! You will not be disappointed I assure you. I am looking into other grains and beans that Palouse offers as well. I did not receive any discount or anything for my review. Phenomenal grain and customer service. They reached out to be sure I didnt have questions after both of my orders.

Very soon after receiving this wheat, as God created it (non GMO), I sprouted a half cup. Almost 100% of the berries sprouted, and it is delicious over a salad, cerial, or by itself. Very high quality, healthy and nutritious product. Review by Delmer G.

These seeds are fantastic for wheat grass. Blades of grass are thick. Easy to germinate.Great slightly sweet flavor once juice.Will purchase again.

After our local Costco stopped selling bulk wheat berries, we had to turn to on-line sales. These were a good price and the quality overall is good for what we use it for, breads and cream of wheat. I like that I was able to get a mix of red and white.

I don't cook with these so I can't speak to the flavor or anything - I use them in therapy bags. I sell items at a locally handmade shop and my orange spice wheat therapy bags are best sellers, so people must like them! I love that this is a family business, that they take special care with the product and it's non-GMO. I even re-use the burlap sacks, sewing up little pouches for marbles that we sell with handmade wooden game boards. Maybe one of these days I'll actually cook with wheat berries! If I had a better blender I would try making my own flour.
