Aside from it fitting perfectly on the ps5. It does nothing else. The fan is really loud in and noisy. The speed isn’t close to enough to help cool down anything. Your ps5 will get hot and stay hot no matter how long this is turned on. I do not recommend. Hopefully be able to return the item and try another one out.UPDATE.Was contacted by the seller for the issue and was resolved immediately. The customer service is great and the product was replaced with a new one and it works perfectly! Super quiet, great RGB colors. Honestly, I was a bit worried at first because I wasn’t sure if it’d actually work or I’d be able to hook it up the right way, but it’s definitely worth the purchase. I’m so glad I trusted my gut buying this item. Works very well and is fast. It fits well on my ps5 disc edition. Easy to use and easy to hook up. It’s compatible with PlayStation 5 for sure. !!

This fan really does keep my PS5 cool so I will give it that but I can always hear when it's on. When I turn on my console it's super loud. Sometimes I have to reposition it to make it be quiet. I will turn it off sometimes because of how loud it is.

Became unbearably noisy after just a couple days. Customer service told me to add pads. So basically they wanted me to fix their poor design. The light also requires a physical push of the button which doesn't prevent the ps5 from turning it back on even in rest mode.Performance wise, there was no change in temperature. I measured in multiple locations both before and after using it. Test were after playing a power hungry game for an hour and measuring the temps on the surface and on the ports in the back. No change with the fans.The problem is that these fans aren't located at the hottest part of the playstation. That is at the bottom section (if vertical) near the power cable and ports.Even if the fans were quiet, they just don't do what they claim to justify keeping them on.The best way to keep your PS5 cool is to just do regular cleaning by removing the panels. These fans are snake oil.
