I just love how efficient brother printers are. This is my second brother printer with toner. My last printer lasted 15 plus years and produce millions of copies. I definitely wrong every ounce of life out of that last one. Looking forward to wearing this one out in the next 15 years, as well.

Okay, for beginners, all printers come with starter toner; individuals want a high-dollar product at a low price. But I see the frustration all name brands of printers come with beginner toners unless otherwise specified. Most companies offer free ink or toners, but the catch is that only a few use a high volume of ink/ toners, which expires the offer. The same applies to drums. Research before purchasing; don't take out your frustrations on the seller.

You cannot reset the toner low alert so you can use all the toner in a cartridge.

We have always used Brother Printers. This is by far the worst, cheaply made, poorly functioning printer we have ever had. If you put more than 1 sheet of paper in the feeder the printer will take it all. I am so sorry I bought this printer. If I hadn't destroyed the box, I would be returning it. It doesn't even rate 1 star.

This company charged a ridiculous $60 to send this printer back. That's crazy and I will NEVER do business with them again. This printer does NOT have fax capabilities.

Bought this under 30 days ago and toner cartridge is already out of toner. False advertising. Returning item. What a ridiculous waste of time and money!! Do not buy this product.

DO NOT BUY BROTHER!!! I purchased a brother mfc-3750cdw 2 years ago. The printer works just fine. All of the sudden I get a message to update my firmware. Once I do it no longer recognizes my printer cartridges. It turns out their new software update 157 has one sole purpose which is to block out competitive printer cartridges. Now I am forced to purchase $300 worth of cartridges from machine that cost just that. Total scam these people are a sham .

This is worst printer I've ever owed. I own a business and have bought many. Almost impossible to connect to. Seems like they are forcing a monthly subscription. Takes like an hour to navigate the thing just to print an email.
