Simple to use especially if you add the screen logic package so you can control it from your PC or Phone. Pair it with a Intelliflow pump and you can control eight different pump speeds that correlate to different activities (spill over, floor cleaner, heater, chlorinator, etc). More full featured than the Hayward Pro Logic it replaced.Make sure you get the poo/spa version like this if you have both with a spill over, the single body version does not have the software to run the valves in spillover mode. Learned that the hard way after a convenient return to Amazon of the wrong one!

This product did not come with the remote controls and now we may be forced to buy them separate at a very expensive price

This unit was installed by my pool contractor in 2013. It is very difficult to use. The menu list is not clear, it takes numerous steps to turn on something. Unless it's in AUTO, nothing you can change easily. But the tech support in a 800 number was helpful.
