For me the flavoring is spot on. Vinegar tasting with a little sweetness. It is a little mild (spiciness) for me, but it doesn't matter. I like the flavor. So if you crave spiciness then look elsewhere, but if you want some good tasting mild sauce for something like wings or a quesadilla then try this.

Fantastic flavor, just the right amount of heat. I love this stuff on just about everything, from pizza to burgers to leftover veggies from kabobs. I had been unable to find product that wasn’t expired from the big blue store, but the one received from Amazon doesn’t expire until late 2026!

Great sauce and great deal for 12 oz. Most other brand hot sauces come in smaller sizes and are just hot as they are basically vinegar and peppers but this one has a really delicious flavor. I look forward to trying other Melinda’s flavors.

This sauce isn't hot, at all so if that's what your looking for, this isn't it. However the taste and flavor is rich and delicious.

The best hot sauce I’ve ever tried

I NEVER write reviews, but the food orgasm this sauce gave me deserves a review. It's not too hot, which is perfect for truffle lovers like me who like hot sauces but cannot handle too much of it. If the creator of this brand could see my face while I'm eating eggs and avocado with this sauce, they would make me the face of the brand! I'm so ordering 5 more and taking them with me everywhere I travel :D

Raaarely do I write reviews, but this hot sauce is THAT. FREAKING. GOOD!!! This blows the other truffle sauce I was using out of the water. It is literally good on anything. Can't wait to try the rest of them!
