It tastes great and the texture is good too. Could not tell the difference from regular bread crumbs

I've spent more time than I'd like to admit, longing for breaded chicken and fish, but not having the time or energy to create my own gluten free bread crumbs. Then my mom told me about this product and I immediately purchased it. They taste great, texture is amazing, and finally I can eat my breaded chicken in peace, not to mention that it takes five seconds to sprinkle these on your food for added crunch. I also like to put them in my burgers to hold the meat together a little.

Package was delivered almost a week later than originally promised and one of the packages was opened and spilling out of its container. The shipping package was undamaged so it has to do with how it was packed. Very expensive for half usable product. Would not recommend.

These are absolutely delicious. I've served them many times to non GF folks and they rave about the chicken parm, breaded chicken, crunch salad topping, etc! They stay very crunchy and come preseasoned with a hint of salt. Truly 10/10 and ALL I BUY. Worth every $

Pros: We like that these come in "plain" so they won't interfere with other seasonings in recipes. The crumbs are soft enough and small enough to actually stick to the food you roll in them. That's true whether the food is fried or baked. They are gluten-free. It's hard to find gf crumbs in stores. Cons: Unfortunately the crumbs aren't completely plain, they're actually very salty. We have to remember to omit the salt in our recipes if we use these. Because they're fresher crumbs than most, they have shorter expiration dates. We bought ours the end of November and they expire near the end of January. Hopefully we'll use them up before then. To keep them fresher we transferred them to glass jars with screw-top lids.

Lately I've had trouble finding gluten-free bread crumbs in stock at the local grocery stores, so I went online to look for a comparable product. This one caught my attention and I used it in a recipe as soon as I received it. It was delicious!! I am so glad I bought and tried this product. I highly recommend it.
