Well these really surprised me. After many many years of neck and back/hip pain I thought why not give this a go...as I had tried everything else from acupuncture to chiropracticors to Gin...! in fact the pain is bad enough for me on my hip to get an get into the waiting list for X-rays to see if there is something more sinister going on... anyway, these patches have changed my life. For me they really work. I totally get they are for pain relief not a cure. But have made long car journeys for example bearable again, getting up and down, walking and general activity. Sometimes , when first going on the tingle a bit and can be a little uncomfortable, but nothing major. Highly recommend.

I love tiger balm but realised I’d run out so thought I’d give these patches a try. I broke my hand several years ago and it never healed right so I’ve been in pain with it for a very long time. I’ve tried all sorts of things to ease the pain. These patches are fantastic they do take quite a while to get hot but they do get hot for sure. I’ve cut the patch to fit where my pain is and it’s really soothing it. Would defo recommend

Chose these due to good reviews.. they stuck very well but pain relief was minimal and after I removed them I had a red “burn mark” the size of the plaster which is itchy hot and no improvement after 7 days and will require medical assistance!!! Not impressed at all

These Tiger Balm pain relief patches are fantastic! They work really well at soothing aches and pains, and the best part is that they’re much cheaper than what I’d pay at a Chinese herb shop. They’re easy to apply, and the relief lasts for hours. The scent is strong but not overpowering, and it definitely helps with muscle tension and soreness. Great value for money, and I’ll be buying them again!

I'm a bit concerned about these because on the ingredients it says - snake, scorpion, centipede and lots of other strange things. I'm wondering how these can be Herbal with some of these ingredients. It says they are mixed up into a paste, then spread onto these patches. Yuk. Anyway, I will apply and hope I'm still alive to let everyone know how they work. Watch this space.Edited 25th July 2024Well it says on the packets "Pain Relieving Patch". I've used 4 so far, and had on my arthritic foot, for a lot of hours, without any pain relief whatsoever. I guess that tells you how good they are not. Waste of money.
