Kize has a great message and a great product. I find any time I need something fast and filling that won’t ruin my appetite or make me feel tired that these bars are the trick. These bars have very simple ingredients for those who are looking to eat natural and healthy. They're delicious abc the right size for a snack. Think a combo of rx bar and the perfect bar. These will be a go to in our house moving forward!

you do need to like peanut butter! They are great tasting, small bars and definitely filling.

I typically do not purchase or like proteins bars. I tried this bar at my doctors office by recommendation of office staff and LOVED it. They are soft and taste home made. Truly the best. I’m on my 3rd box!!!
