OK Pillow - But Buyer Beware
This contour pillow is not unlike other contour pillows I have owned. It is different in that one side has a narrower firm edge with a medium middle, and the other side has a wide edge with a soft middle. I have a pinched nerve, and even after taking medication, the pillow did not help for a better night's sleep (as advertised for pinched nerves). That said, Buyer Beware: You cannot return the pillow if you open the plastic cover. If you do return the pillow, you are charged a 20% - 30% restocking fee. Also you may be given a shipping label from Amazon, for a return, but the cost of shipping is deducted from the amount paid.
