Bass is great, bluetooth connection is flawless and easy. Back panel has high quality knobs and you can customize your EQ well. For a budget stereo speaker, it looks great and works great; would recommend.

These are some great bookshelf speakers. Nicely designed and solid. The sound is great. Nice instant EQ feature for quick EQ, but also separate treble and bass adjustments on the back of one speaker. Clear sound with nice frequency response. Compact design fits nicely. Super easy hookup. Paired instantly with my Audio-Technica BT turntable with the options of rca and optical hookup. Additional usb as well. Well made and sound great. Comes with cord to connect to each other, but only about 6 ft. Ordered a 12 ft rca to rca cord to spread a bit more. Remote works perfectly and easily. Smart speakers. Very happy with my purchase. Clean BT sound.

The Bestisan SR04 (Black) bookshelf speakers are a very good buy. The sound quality, build quality, and features are excellent for the price. The speaker system comes with the cables you need for a variety of connections to other devices, except you do not get a coaxial cable. The ability to connect to other devices via Bluetooth, optical cable, coaxial cable, analog cable (Line: left and right channel), and USB is superior to any other powered speaker or sound bar that I looked at. Each speaker has well-designed rubber feet that elevate them slightly off the tabletop. Though the Bestisan website says the SR04 speakers have “massive bass”, I would not go that far. However, the bass is pleasing and quite ample for most listeners and listening situations. The speakers have a very clear sound quality and a broad acoustic range. I have been very satisfied listening to internet radio stations via Bluetooth, and watching TV and DVD/Blu-Ray programs via optical, coaxial, or analog cables. Buyers should be aware that the speakers operate only in one of three preset sound modes (Movie, Music, or Dialog). There is no default or standard mode. The speakers will return to the last used sound mode when turned on. The reason for the 4-star rating (would have given a 4.5 rating if permitted) is the LED indicator light that shows the status of the speakers is extremely small and hard to see behind the main speaker grille. It is nearly impossible to tell the color of the LED in a bright room (and often in a darker room for that matter). This makes it a challenge to know the status of the speakers when changing the sound mode, connection type, or turning the speakers on or off. Moreover, there is no volume level indicator, which is particularly important when switching between connected devices or internet audio sources. Additionally, the remote control has a very narrow focal point. I have to aim it precisely at the right spot on the front of the main speaker to switch modes or to turn the speakers on or off. Most of the controls on the remote are also on the back of the main speaker, which is a nice feature. Overall, these are very good speakers. They would be excellent speakers with a better status indicator system and a volume indicator. Note: This review is after using the speakers daily up to about 5 hours a day over a 14-day period.

These provide high quality sound for any home use. It comes with all adapters you could need. I used on a vinyl turntable as well as Bluetooth to phone. Super easy to connect. Also plan on using for home theater with the included optical cable.

Great value for differnt connection options, compact size, remote and suprisingly good sound. These are not full size bookshelf speakers, but great for a desktop or small space.

I did some research before purchasing the BESTISAN 4 Inch Powered Bookshelf Speakers. There is 10 inches of depth on the fireplace mantle these speakers would sit on next to a 47inch LG TV. The listed dimensions of 6.61x8.78x5.91inches is accurate, and they would easily fit the 10 inch depth with space for the port on back of the speakers. The speakers were delivered to me in three days, a day earlier than promised with my Amazon Prime account. Speakers I have owned in the past have always felt heavy, I was surprised how light these speakers were. I think that lightness comes from the materials the used for speaker enclosures and the speaker magnets. Setup was easy, put the speakers where I wanted them, at the edges of fireplace mantle eight feet apart, plug in the just long enough RCA speaker cable from powered speaker, plug in the optical cable from TV to powered speaker, and then plug in the power cable. PROS: Easy setup. Once I got the settings right the sound was much better than the TV speakers. The look of the speakers on the fireplace mantle was good. I could control all speaker settings from the remote. CONS: Seating is twelve feet from the TV, and when the speakers were eight feet apart the sound was off. I moved them close to the sides of the TV the sound was much better. The sound is small like the speakers, it can get loud, but there is no depth. The remote is almost unusable, I even changed out the provided batteries with no improvement. A button must be pressed several times for it to work, and even then it won’t sometimes, so I had to go to the back of the powered speaker to change a setting. There is a red light on all of the time on the powered speaker when the speaker is off, and when the speaker is in optical mode it is a white light. There is no auto on feature or auto off after a certain amount of non use. Movie mode is automatically the setting every time the speakers are turned on. Movie mode volume can only be loud or louder there are no lower settings. Music and Dialog modes allow the volume to go lower. I found Music mode sounded best for my TV watching. What a pain to change to Music mode every time the speakers are turned on with a remote that barely works. For right now I use these $100 speakers, but in the not to distant future they will be replacing them with a more user friendly powered bookshelf speaker that costs more. There were a couple that I saw as I researched that I may try that fit my fireplace mantle, that is my limiting factor, I was just trying to be cheap.

For the price and size, this is a great powered speaker. Still going through the break in period but even out of the box it sounds good. Very easy to connect with Bluetooth as well
