Sitz Bath Salts, Postpartum Essentials, and Hemorrhoid Treatment, Epsom Salt Bath Soak with Lavender Oil, Frankincense and Aloe Vera, 10 Ounce

I didn’t end up using these sitz bath salts as much as I expected, but when I did, they were so soothing. I had a second degree tear and was wildly uncomfortable for days. I used a sitz bath on its own, which was great, but adding these salts made it feel even better. It gave me a tiny moment of self care during a time when you’re basically just trying to survive, keep your baby alive, and keep yourself sane. The aroma and the Epsom salt combo felt relaxing, and I really do think it helped speed up my recovery.

Nice smell and works really well the few weeks before birth when you need to soak. Great for aches. Did not leave residue in tub. Not over powerful in smell for those that are sensitive

Helped for postpartum hemorrhoids and episiotomy healing tremendously! A bit goes a long way, specially with a sitz bath. Definitely a must buy for postpartum recovery.
