It's a great way to let people know. "I can't go any faster. I am indeed giving her all she's got" while simultaneously complimenting them by calling them "captain". The highest rank you can have as a sea fairer. "You rule the seas and I can't go any faster." Best of both worlds.

Poorly cut bumper-sticker
I just received this today, and it wasn't cut in a perfect rectangle as bumper-stickers are. This looks cut by hand and was poorly done. And there's no returns allowed. Do not recommend.
