Q: Does it say on the box non permanent?

This is definitely not permanent. I like the product a lot - my hair is shiny, and the color is nice. BUT it doesn’t last long. I have gray roots and this washes out in about ten days. I use NaturColor which lasts 2-3 weeks then I use Cosamo. The balance works well for me. I developed an allergic reaction to permanent hair color so was pleased to find these two products. Hope this was helpful.

Q: Where is this made? from what country?

Mine was the black color and it says made in USA. Just in case you are interested, it didn't work for me. Left no color deposit on my hair at all. I was trying to cover gray roots after becoming allergic to regular hair dye. Good luck Michelle. Hope it works for you.

Q: what are the ingredients in the #765 color ?

I use the 778 color, and it has a very long list of ingredients -- some which I can't even pronounce. It isn't a "natural" product, but it's definitely milder than permanent hair color, since it doesn't have peroxide or ammonia.
