Very nice, sharp, hefty knife
Very nice knife. It's very hefty for its size, which given its intended use, is a good thing. The handle is quite a bit bigger than the other Misono knives, but again, I think that's a positive for deboning. Quite sharp out of the box.

Knife flows well, excellent design, No Chicken stands a chance when making Yakitori with this Honesuki... Now I would like Tojiro to make a nice Garasuki 180mm (7.1")

Large and weighty in the hand, melts yardbird
Crazy sharp. Iโm going to have to learn to hone and sharpen single beveled knives now. Itโs larger than the picture would have you believe, and itโs heavy. With some practice, you can almost wave it like a wand at whole chicken and scare them into an eight piece dinner. Cook it first, though, โk?!
