Are these soft silicone? Are they flexible?

The handles are metal and stiff of course but yes they are soft. They will bend slightly but they aren’t flimsy. I would call them a hard silicone. Sorry if that doesn’t help lol. I really do love this set though!

Does the silicone stain?

I haven’t had any issues with staining in the silicone. I cook often and with a lot of vibrant spices!

Is this dishwahser safe?

Yes! Everything is dishwasher safe!
