Only positive.NOT for pregnancy. Can stop menses & affect both male & female fertility.Using psyllium husk powder to counteract digestive upset from herb.Dosage calculated from mg/kg body weight in studies on ncbi website.

I purchased this product because I read it is guaranteed to cause weight loss. What I didn't know upon purchasing this product is that it can also cause death fairly easily! I do not recommend this product!

It says to take 1 gram it is granuals how much is 1 gram and it does not dissolve how are you suppose to take it?
