This label maker works fine but my mother-in-law does not
Recently my mother-in-law visited and (over)stayed in my home. She was using electronic appliances in my home: i.e., clothes washer and dryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, steamer, etc. She could not read English, and the instructions and labels of the buttons and switches on my appliances are in English. So she just messed around with the controls on my appliances, kept pushed all the buttons and switches at random my the appliances did something. I suspect she damaged my electric kettle and $200 rice cooker and also reprogrammed my clothes washer. I decided to label my appliance controls in Chinese to prevent her from causing further damage in my home.I have been using a handheld Brother portable label maker, the PT-touch PTD400, to label my household items to keep my home organized. However, the PTD400 prints only in English. So I needed a label maker that could print in Chinese until my mother-in-law decided to leave. Last year I bought an iDPRT SP420 label printer that has a specific purpose: printing mailing and shipping labels, with which I have been fairly satisfied. So I decided to buy a household label maker from the same manufacturer.I am already familiar with using the iDPRT SP420. So it was easy for me to set up and use this one (SP320) that uses a similar driver and software. This label maker specifically prints long and thin (but not too thin) labels, which is perfect for printing household and organizing labels. A benefit of this label printer is that its label width is a little over 3 inches. Most portable label marker — like the Brother PT-touch PTD400 that I have been using — can print labels that are no more than 1-inch wide. That means this label maker can print larger characters, letters or words. This label maker can print multiple lines that are big enough to be legible, (while the Brother PTD400 can print two small legible lines at most.) The bigger labels and prints "should have been" helpful for my mother-in-law because her vision has declined due to old age, and it was hard for her to read from small labels.I put "should have been" in quotation marks because while this label maker has been working fine, my mother-in-law has NOT. Even after I had labeled almost all my household appliances in Chinese, she was still messing around and pushing all the buttons (including mine!) I asked her if she could understand the Chinese labels I put on my appliances, but she simply reacted with a look that was like, "yeah, whatever, I'd do whatever I like even though I am in YOUR home."The mother-in-law aside, this label maker is good at what it does, but it has limited and specific purposes: it prints long and thin labels that are a little over 3 inches. So I would recommend not paying over $100 for it. Just wait for a coupon, and you should be able to get it at $80 or even less. It is a ★★★★ printer at $100 or more, but ★★★★★ if you can get it at $80 or less.

Poor Instructions, Great product
Having Bluetooth problems? You can’t connect to the printer directly through your Bluetooth settings. You have to use the app. Well the app it says to use is in Chinese.Instead, You need to download an app called HiLabel then you can connect to the printer through the HiLabel app and start printing. The printer itself works very well and prints very fast. Just have to wait and see how long it lasts. I will update this review if it ever breaks or goes out. To see how long it lasts. But, so far, I am very pleased with this product.

Wasn’t what I wanted
It was a nice little printer. I wanted it to print address labels. It prints labels the size of address labels but doesn’t print address labels. I tried to get help from the manufacturer but all they kept telling me was how to get it installed. (China). I finally had to tell them I have 700 address in an excel spreadsheet. How can I get them to print? I did ask a different company how to print them before I bought their printer and they said you can’t, just use the Avery labels. So I sent it back. It will work if you are hooking it up for shipping or inventory but not for printing outside those platforms I guess. Would have been nice to write a letter and just print the address to slap on an envelope. It did test print well though and I sure liked the thermal printing where I didn’t need ink. I guess they needs some improvements on the machine.

Label Printer MUST BUY
I’m working in a grocery store so we use lots of label printers. Before we had the zebra ones which are at least 200 dollars or more. When I saw this on Amazon I told my boss we could give a try. It’s been several days since it arrived and IT IS AMAZING. The printer driver might be tricky to find on their website but other than that, it does the same job with Zebra and is worth 100$ less. The blue accessory could also be removed if your label paper is small since we are using 3*1 price label.

I love this printer
First you load the paper in the printer, which is great. I needed a printer to just print my labels for my paintings. I got this printer for just that reason and it does a great job. It was easy to install once I got the driver from their web site. All I can say is that I am very happy with this printer.

Great Little Printer
This printer is perfect for printing my numeric labels for my auctions. My friend who is also an auctioneer loves it too. Super fast and crystal clear printing. The only issue was figuring out the software was a little difficult.
