It’s not overly sweet. It is rich and decadent.

What are the ingredients?

Sugar, creamer(coconut oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate- a milk derivative, mono and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, silicon dioxide-prevents caking) cocoa, nonfat dry milk, sweet dairy whey, gust gym, natural and artificial flavor, salt silicon dioxide- prevents caking. May contain soy.

what is the serving size?

It all depends on what I am mixing it with. 2 scoops with a cup of yogurt, 1-2 scoops with milk, 2 scoops with water(seldom use water). Making a ganache until I get the consistency I want.
