American Standard M962368-0070A Spray Hose and Seal Kit, Grey

This hose was a direct replacement for the original factory hose that wore out after 16 years. The only difficulty was feeding the new hose down the body of the faucet that had "hose dividers" inside and it was challenging to get the new hose to feed through the proper opening. Other than that, good quality replacement hose that works great.

Not sure what's going on with all the other reviewers or history of the ad, but M962368-0070A was exactly what was sent to me and what I wanted.Tip: Check to make sure it fits BEFORE buying. You can usually find part # information in the owner's manual or spec sheets from the manufacturer.This fit perfectly to an American Standard Reliant+ kitchen faucet and is exactly the replacement part # listed in the manual (shocker!). The previous homeowners seemed to have put in a hose that was INCORRECT and the faucet handle would not properly seat back in all the way. This one was perfect. (plastic fitting instead of the metal fitting on the previous/wrong hose that was there. Perhaps it's like this so the metal does not wear the housing it seats into).

This hose is easy to install and is the same length as the original hose.

Ended up being the wrong size for what I needed but good product

When my original pull-out spray snapped, it required me to replace both the spray and the hose. Fortunately, the spray had "American Standard" written on it (I didn't buy the faucet) so I was able to figure out what to search for in terms of replacement parts. I ended up buying this part along with the "American Standard M952237-0750A Pull-Out Spray", not knowing if the fit and finish was going to work for me. Thankfully my fix-it man was able to replace the broken parts without any issues.

I was fooled into thinking this would be compatible with my faucet since the "frequently bought with" junk at the end of the item description showed it was frequently bought with my faucet's pull-down head. I gave up after this arrived and bought a completely new, more expensive faucet by a different manufacturer. I learned my lesson: American Standard is not all that great. The plumber who installed my new faucet expressed that opinion. The American Standard faucet lasted about 4 years exactly before it began falling apart. The plumber said a faucet should last longer than 4 years, and when he found out I got my new high quality faucet (German) on sale at Costco, inquired about the nearest Costco location.

Saved me a call to the plumber, super easy replacement. Didn’t know the model of our kitchen faucet but knew it was American standard and the picture of the hose seemed to match ours so we ordered it not sure if it would fit and it did perfectly. Thank you! They didn’t have it at the home improvement store
