Will it work with a usb-c for a Samsung A51?

USB-C is a high current, high power specification--minimum 3A @ 20VDC (60W), up to 5Z @ 20VDC (100W). The manufacture did not indicate maximum or continuous output specifications. So, MAYBE... Regardless, you could use this to "top off" the battery; it probably would not keep up with power demand though it would prolong useful duty cycle. It could then be used to charge the device battery while offline. In addition, you would need an adapter to connect with your device as they do not indicate a USB-C connector.

Is there a reason i have a brand new device fully charged (from a plug for over 12 hrs) and it won't charge anything? flashlight and led's light up.
