Better Eyesight: The Complete Magazines of William H. Bates

I have only had time to peruse the book a bit, but I am hopeful to use the techniques to improve my eyesight. Per the eye doc, I am supposed to wear glasses for reading, but I have avoided doing so for years now (everyone I know that wears glasses seem to get stronger prescriptions as the years go by.) The book is large and filled with anecdotes and information. I will update my review after I finish the book and employ the exercises.

The best book for eyesight cure. Dr. Bates is actually a specialist for strain and stress - which are the causes for most of eyes diseases. Dr. bates is walking in the field of facts about vision. Very useful for people who suffer from mild disorders to blindness. One should listen attentively to follow his recommendations in order to cure their vision.

A good compilation of articles about clinical eyesight practices. It’s very suitable for people who would like to know more about alternative medicine to cure eyesight problems, especially for medical practitioners who would like to know about it.

I have a digital copy of the magazines, however it is always nice to have a hardcopy. Especially, one as nicely put together as this one. Thanks Tom Q.

Great understanding of the true cause of eyesight problem.The book is big and we have to take a long time to go troughtout but it worth 1000 times its cost.Doctor Bates is a great scientific man.

Doesn't read like a novel or textbook but references to short articles are informative.

I give this book 5/5 stars for the wonderful collection of magazines by Dr William Bates. If you are in doubt, yes, his methods work for both the prevention and cure of imperfect sight, regardless of what the optical industry wants you to think. Although I am not fully cured yet, I have drastically improved my sight, and I will continue to do so until I have normal sight. One small negative: I would've preferred all of the magazines in their original form and unedited, but even in spite of that, everything you need is here and I fully recommend buying this.
