Happy Viking is easily my favorite protein powder that I've tried so far. Plant based (which not enough are), full of additional goodness like superfoods and 1 cup of fruit/veg in addition to 20 grams of protein a serving, but most importantly, it actually tastes great. So many protein powders on the market do not, no matter what you blend them up with, let along drinking them on their own. The flavors in Happy Viking are so good that my actual favorite way to drink my go-to flavors is just blended up with water and ice (which makes them cheaper to consume as well). That's it! I do also add them to smoothies when I make them, and it tastes good that way too, but I find it almost unheard of to actually like the taste of them on their own without adding other things to hide the flavor and chalkiness of a protein powder. My favorite flavors are Cookies and Cream (the flavor I use the most, fantastic on it's own) and Vanilla (perfect for mixing into anything from protein balls to smoothies), but this is a great way to see what flavors you enjoy the most before purchasing a larger size (which is what I did). I also enjoy the Coffee, Greena Colada and Chocolate flavors. The fruit flavors weren't bad either, I think a lot of people might want to buy a larger size of those after testing out the flavors by packet, they were just a little sweet for my taste on their own so I had to mix them into smoothies to enjoy which made them less appealing to me overall. Since trying the packets twice, I've already gone through 3-4 Cookies and Cream canisters now and a couple vanilla too. The packets are also great for taking with you while traveling. Definitely recommend this brand!

Quality ingredients! Amazing thick drink w just water 😍 a great way to sample flavors and have my shaker bottle ready with a packet after a game of pickleball. Added to water. The quality ingredients and balance of grains, minerals, fruits and veggies are amazing!!!Choc and strawberries are my fav 💗. Secret 1/2 choc + 1/2 strawberries and you have a thick delicious chocolate covered strawberry.When I crave a shake now, these are my go to!

I love this protein powder so much! It has a great amount of protein and not an excessive amount of calories. The chocolate flavor is great and I mixed it with fruit for extra flavor.

I have found that the 12oz they say in the directions to mix milk/water with to be too watery with these packs. And since the taste is mid I couldn’t finish them without feeling nauseous (which in a way is helping my diet lol). But I have perfected it with mixing a packet with a 1/2 cup of milk which makes the perfect sludge consistency that I can pound out before the gag reflex kicks in. It honestly doesn’t taste bad though, idk what’s wrong with me, my body just wants to reject the stuff but the sludge is working so I recommend 👍

This is the healthiest shake I have had, and it tastes good too. I have tried other protein shakes, however this is the best one so far. I use it it with coffee sometimes in the morning and add at least one cup of milk with it - delicious! Other times I have added pineapple juice and ice with it - very good. It seems that I have more energy during the day by drinking Happy Viking. I love the chocolate taste as well because it is just sweet enough to make it interesting.

While I do appreciate the amount of protein and other nutrients in this protein powder, I just cannot get past the chalkiness. It didn’t taste bad, but has that chalky aftertaste that kind of kills it for me. It does seems to blend/dissolve well, both in a shaker bottle and in a NutriBullet for those who have a question about that.

So far, I love the cookies and cream happy Viking protein powder. It is definitely chalky similar to other powders, however, it is definitely filling, and I love the ingredients a very healthy alternative for junk food snacking, which is what I bought it for. I am currently on a GLP-1. So this very easily fills me up and keeps me from eating big meals. I would highly recommend it. It’s great quality you only need one and a half to two scoops. I plan on buying other flavors.
