Not the best...
You need to know this. If you are buying it for 'Energy' as the label identifies it, I found it to ineffective. No change at all, no change in focus, sleep...no results in any area. It does have healthy supplements listed on the label, so I will finish off the bottle for that investment...but, would not reorder, doesn't live up to the word 'energy'.
