My child is autistic and struggles to relax and calm down before bedtime, two of these magnesium tablets half an hour before bedtime makes her a bit sleepy and she's normally asleep about 20 mins after she goes to bed and sleeps soundly all night, they have a pleasant fruity flavour that kids will like, so it makes it easier for them to accept them.

bought for my son as he was not sleeping, getting up multiple times banging the walls, running around the house. getting about 2 hours of sleep. these have calmed him hugely he even asks for them. they don’t put him to sleep as such but calm him enough to sleep and stay in his room. he has never commented about the taste and is happy to have them every evening. school have also said how much better he is with them

Having previously used gummies my daughter did not enjoy the taste or the texture of these. Had to buy another product instead.

Good they worked but son didn't like how powdery the tablets are

I threw my money away! It's horrible, it feels like you're eating plaster, the kids didn't eat and started vomiting.

My 3yr old with adhd was biting hitting and spitting etc for no reason multiple times a day,couldn’t sit still for long,2 weeks on these and it’s all drastically reduced can now sit for Longer periods without bouncing off the walls,and the aggressive behaviour has improved,can’t comment on sleep as he is a good sleeper anyway,but I have noticed less teeth grinding in the night.we just grind the to powder and add to his yogurt before bed,will definitely be buying again!

Bought those for my daughter to help her with sleep and managing bit of hyperactivity. It's a good product but don't expect miracles. She loved the taste and the texture and treated those vitamins more like sweets 😋 Overall it was a good buy.

I’d been really looking forward to these coming as my kids are hard to get settled at night. They arrived quickly and securely packaged. On opening, I expected to get the delightful whiff of raspberry as advertised on the bottle, and so did my kids. Unfortunately, not a pleasant odour and rather unpalatable to youngsters (mine anyway). They are quite hard, white, powdery, reminiscent of a calcichew you’d take for your bones. It was hard to bite through and took them a minute to be able to swallow it, before gagging and nearly regurgitating it. Sounds extreme, but after trying it for a few nights, we have just gave up and will purchase something else to try. I tried one myself just encase the kids were being dramatic but I’d a similar experience. Too hard for some younger kids and I thought I’d broken a tooth trying to crack it. Not a good experience.
