As far as I can tell, they are 100% authentic SPY Optics. My guess is that they are a model or two older as mine didn't come with the HAPPY lenses, but other than that they appear to be original.

Are the hinges metal or plastic?

Hi,These are Spy Helm sunglasses, the hinges are plastic. Particularly, the pop off type. Some Helms come with 2 sets of temples that you can change without a tool. Thanks.
